Your money is still yours

Your holdings are tied to your verified identity, not to your phone. Prove who you are again and everything comes back — the same shares, the same balance, the same history.

There is no seed phrase to lose. You were never given one. Recovering access is a matter of showing us your ID again, exactly as you did when you opened the account.

What happens

    Tell us who you are

    Your mobile number, or the email on the account.

    Show your ID and take a selfie

    The same two things you did at the start. It is how we know it is you and not someone holding your old phone.

    You are back in

    Holdings, balance and statements restored to the re-verified identity. Nothing was ever on the phone.

Whichever you used to open the account. We will send a code there.

What we will never ask you

  • A seed phrase or recovery phrase — you do not have one, and anyone who asks for one is not us.
  • Your password over the phone or on WhatsApp.
  • A payment to release your holdings.

If anyone asks you for one of these, it is not us. Stop, and talk to us instead.
